  • 1. **Phone Call**: You can book directly by calling our service line.

  • 2. **Text Message**: Schedule confirm your delivery through our automated text service.

  • 3. **Email: Reach out via email or our customer service channels to place your order. Additionally, you will receive a notification of your delivery slot times one day prior through text and email. Please note that any cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made by 6:00 PM on the day you receive your slot notification, it may result in a chargeable failure. For more information, kindly refer to your retailer's policy.

  • 4 ** Platinum Delivery! Our dedicated customer service team will reach out to you via phone to arrange a convenient delivery date. We strive to ensure a smooth and personalized experience for all our customers. you have any questions or special requests, feel free to share them during the call!

Parking Policy

Please note the following important requirements regarding parking for your delivery: Customers must provide a parking permit or arrange for a parking space. Failure to make these arrangements or agree on alternatives may result in a delivery failure. Additionally, if parking is not arranged or payment for parking is not agreed upon, delivery or assembly may be refused. Thank you your understanding.

Delivery rules

Third-Floor Delivery (No Lift)** We provide basic third-floor delivery service for items weighing 80 kg or less. For deliveries beyond the third floor, and items exceeding 80kg, prebooking is necessary, and additional costs will apply.  Our three-man or four-man teams are available to ensure safe transport. We offer delivery to your room of choice and unpacking for all items, except flat packs and glass. Plus, you'll receive a precall up to 60 minutes before your delivery for added convenience.
